for wellness.

Alexia began her working life in the financial services industry before becoming involved in the social enterprise sector.  She has also taught yoga for several years in a variety of settings and for a variety of needs, including for stress in the workplace and to people coping with mental illness.

Her experience has led to an ever growing understanding of the therapeutic benefits of yoga and has initiated an awareness of the many factors that impact mental wellbeing.
