Striding Out is seeking an Employer Engagement Executive to join our team in London to help engage employers in our range of services.
Striding Out is a social enterprise established to inspire and support individuals to achieve success through the delivery of coaching and training services. We have been established 5 years and have successfully secured contracts to deliver a range of business, career and leadership coaching programmes in our four regional locations.
In summary theEmployer Engagement Executive will be responsible for:-
- Raising awareness of our brand amongst target audiences.
- Engaging with employers to secure new business opportunities
- Generate leads that will result in new business creation.
- Support the team to generate new revenue and clients.
- Represent Striding Out at events and meetings.
- Managing the creation and quality of our marketing and sales tools.
The Responsibilities
Job Description – Employer Engagement Executive
Role:-
- To utilise a range of marketing channels to raise awareness of Striding Ou/YourNxtStep amongst employers
- To research, network and generate new clients and partnerships.
- To secure new employment opportunities for our candidates.
- To secure new business clients and contracts for the different services.
- To create and implement an online marketing and social media strategy for engaging employers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a Company Strategic Action plan on a bi-annual basis.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a self starter, who wants to an essential part of growing a social enterprise. They must excel under responsibility, have the confidence to work independently and be keen to nurture and grow a team.
Essential Skills:
You must beable to demonstrate the following experience and skills.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Confident networking and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B Marketing and Sales.
- Confident sales skills with established track record of generating new business in our target markets – training, recruitment, coaching with public and private sector.
- Experience of social media and online marketing.
- Excellent writing/proof reading skills and verbal communication via the phone.
- Excels under responsibility and ambition to achieve high results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple resources, tasks and clients.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to negotiate and generate buy-in amongst stakeholders
- You have all the excellent IT skills, especially MS Office, and know how to access and derive information from databases
Experience
- Established experience of marketing in the training, recruitment and/or coaching sector.
- Established experience of B2B marketing with an established list of business contacts.
- Experience and achieved appropriate qualification and/or training in marketing and sales.
- A proven track record of securing new business in our target markets.

References
We require two written references from past employees, which we can follow up with. One written reference should be from a professional figurehead who can endorse your skills as a good communicator e.g. public sector, professional service provider etc.
Salary and Conditions
Location: Waterloo, London
£25-27,000 pro rata, 28 days holidays inclusive of bank holidays.
Start Date: ASAP.
