Join Striding Out for a free introduction to coaching training.
This half day workshop focuses on using real-life exercises and will support you in developing an appreciation of:
Effective listening skillsPowerful questioning skills Professional coaching tools and techniques How to understand people better How to get the best out of peopleThe course will be run by International Coach Federation certified coach Rosalyn Clare and will include a course manual. The half day workshop will conclude with time for networking and conversation.

This is an introductory course and Striding Out also offer courses in coaching and mentoring skills accredited with and without an ILM qualification:
