This workshop is for all third sector organisations who want to develop a reporting process and system for recording the social and economic impact of their projects.
The workshop will cover the following topics:
Defining your aims and objectives
Defining your outputs and outcomes
Cause related marketing
Creating social impact reports
Creating a comprehensive client management and social reporting system
Introduction to salesforce, a free cms tool for non-profit organisations.
Heather Wilkinson, Founder and Chair of Striding Out CIC will be delivering this workshop. Heather has worked as a research consultant evaluating the impact of economic development projects over the last 10 years and has developed the reporting process and system for Striding Out CIC as well as a number of other social enterprises. She is also a trained administrator and consultant in Salesforce and helps third sector clients adopt the system to measure their success.
Primarily for organisations in Hammersmith and Fulham
