MPOWER Your Mentoring or Your Organisation's Mentoring with Professional Coaching Tools

Our research in conjunction with the Princes' Trust and London Youth shows that mentors are crying out for Continued Professional Development.

Specific requests are for:

  • Opportunities to learn innovative tools
  • Techniques to help mentees get “unstuck”
  • Opportunities to connect with and learn from other mentors

In response to this pressing need, MPOWER has designed monthly CPD Coaching Toolkit Workshops that will further develop your skill set as a peer to peer mentor, managing mentor or mentor organisor, and/or your mentor’s skill sets.

There is no doubt that adding professional coaching tools to any mentor’s toolbox, will dramatically increase their mentees’ ability to stride out to success!
