Professional Coaching Skills Training

During the four day training course you will receive training in the following areas:-
- Understanding good practice in workplace coaching
- Assessing different learning styles
- A range of coaching tools and techniques
- Measuring effectiveness of coaching in the workplace
- Undertaking an extended period of supervised coaching in the workplace
Training Courses will be taking place in July and September in London and Birmingham.
The training will be complemented with 4 x supervision one to one sessions.
Participate in this training if you are:-
- Wanting to be an effective manager or leader
- Providing mentoring or coaching to others as part of a volunteer or work role
- Enhancing your CV to progress up the career ladder
- Passionate about empowering and inspiring others around you.
To participate in this programme, you will need to be a practicing team leader or manager of people. If you are not currently working, we can help you to arrange a suitable volunteer or work related project for you to practice and develop your coaching skills.
The Cost
The cost of the course is £650, which includes all of the training, supervision and qualification costs. We may beable to access funding to cover these costs so please do register if you are interested in attending and we can talk to you about the funding and eligibility criteria.
