During the four day training course you will receive training in the following areas:-
Understanding good practice in workplace coaching
Assessing different learning styles
A range of coaching tools and techniques
Measuring effectiveness of coaching in the workplace
Undertaking an extended period of supervised coaching in the workplace
The training course will take place on the 23rd and 30th September and 7th and 14th of October. If you are interested but cannot make those dates, please register interest anyway. Venue to be advised. Rosalyn Clare CPCC will be leading the training.
The training will be complemented with 4 x supervision one to one sessions.

To participate in this programme, you will need to be a practicing team leader or manager of people. If you are not currently working, we can help you to arrange a suitable volunteer or work related project for you to practice and develop your coaching skills.
The Cost
The cost of the course is £650, which includes all of the training, supervision and qualification costs. We may beable to access funding to cover these costs so please do register if you are interested in attending and we can talk to you about the funding and eligibility criteria.
